The paperwork, filled in from what was actually said.
Dokinator takes the transcript of a Teams meeting, fills in your organisation's own Word template, and shows the line each answer came from. Someone reads it, approves it and exports it. That's the whole job.
Works with Microsoft Teams. You can also upload a transcript or a recording.
Set it up once. After that, you read and approve.
The two things only a person can do, choosing the template and signing off the result, stay with you. The typing doesn't.
Bring your template
Once
Upload the Word document you already use and mark its blanks, like
{{ attendees }}. The letterhead, fonts and layout stay exactly as they are.Connect Teams
Once, by an admin
Your Microsoft 365 administrator approves Dokinator. After that, transcribed meetings of anyone who opts in arrive by themselves. Nothing joins the call.
Pick the template
You
Dokinator suggests the template that fits and you confirm it, along with the fact that everyone agreed to the conversation being transcribed.
It fills the blanks
Dokinator
Every answer is checked against the transcript before you see it. Anything it can't point to is left empty and flagged, not guessed.
Read, approve, export

Click a field to see the line it came from, fix what needs fixing, then approve and download it as Word or PDF.
It reads a meeting the way a careful minute-taker would.
The hard part of minutes isn't typing. It's knowing what was decided, who owns what, and when “Friday” is. Four calls from the meeting above:
Probably. Let's come back to that one.
Priya Nair, on moving stand-up to Tuesdays
Recorded as discussion. Not as a decision.
I'll get the quote across to you by Friday.
Tom, on Thursday 17 September
Due 18 September 2026. Relative dates are worked out from the day of the meeting.
Tom
As he was named in the meeting
Stays “Tom”. It doesn't go looking for a surname.
Someone needs to sort the December roster.
Dana Whitfield
Listed with no owner, and flagged for you. Nobody volunteered, so nobody is assigned.
Things Dokinator won't do.
Make anything up.
If it wasn't said, the field stays empty and tells you so.
Export a draft.
Nothing leaves until a person approves it, and we record who and when.
Touch your layout.
Your Word file is the document. We only supply the words in the blanks.
Send anything for you.
It never emails, files or shares a document on your behalf.
Sit in your meeting.
No bot in the call. It works from the transcript Teams already makes.
Learn from your conversations.
Nothing is used to train a model, by us or by anyone we use.
Keep the documents you already have.
Minutes, intake notes, case reviews: whatever your organisation already fills in by hand. Put a tag where each answer goes and say in a sentence what belongs there. The exported file looks like someone filled it in carefully, because it's your file.
No template yet? Start from meeting minutes, a client intake note or a case review summary and change what you like.

Conversations are sensitive. We treat them that way.
Kept in Australia
Stored and processed in an Australian region by default.
Consent, every time
Before a conversation is used, its owner confirms everyone agreed. Who and when are recorded.
Deleted on schedule
Recordings go once they're transcribed. Transcripts go 90 days after the document is approved.
Separate by design
Each organisation's data is walled off, and every request is checked against it.
Try it on one meeting.
Bring a template and a transcript. You'll have a draft to check in a few minutes.
